Kyle Dumont serves as the Sr. Director of Digital Transformation at Morgan Lewis, leading a multi-disciplinary team to catalyze cultural transformation through differentiated service design and product development. Kyle manages an agile team of diverse professionals within the firm. Researching, designing, testing, and developing digital services that deliver value to our clients and colleagues. Kyle specializes in leading strategy and developing communicable evidence of digital solutions’ value by acquiring fluency in new technological innovations and translating client-centered insights into meaningful opportunities for design and innovation.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Kyle practiced transactional law with a focus on mid-market M&A and emerging companies. His career in KM and practice innovation has included automation, database design, enterprise systems, enterprise search, licensed technology implementation, and change management. He also developed operational experience as the founder of a bio-degradable plastics startup. Kyle holds a law degree from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, an MBA from the Fox School of Business, and dual degrees in biological engineering and entomology from Cornell University.
