You may cancel your ticket until the end of the conference, but note that refunds will only be processed by September 15, 2024.

• If cancelled by July 26, 2024 > Refund a percentage of the amount paid > 100%
• If cancelled by September 15, 2024 > Refund a percentage of the amount paid > 25%
• No refunds after > September 15, 2024

If you’ve already purchased your ticket, please note that no fees will be charged until your registration is approved.

Credit card payments will be held for 7 days. If your registration is denied, no fee will be charged.
