In this session, we'll share our journey of building an AI chatbot for our Order Management app - a demo application used during the sales cycle to highlight the capabilities of the OutSystems Platform.
One of our biggest challenges was ensuring the chatbot could provide real-time answers based on live data that changes constantly in our app. The chatbot was built using AI Agent Builder, but we found that our initial implementation had some performance issues.
