When and where is ONE 2024?

Join us for the ONE: OutSystems NextStep Experience 2024 on October 15 - 16 at RAI Amsterdam in The Netherlands.

Doors will open daily for attendees at 8:00 AM, and close at 7:00 PM.

Will there be charging stations?

Yes, charging stations will be available at the venue, located in the Exhibition Hall (Hall 10).

Is there a cloakroom available at the conference?

Yes, we'll have a cloakroom available for you on both days of the conference. It is conveniently located near the main entrance, making it easy to store your belongings, such as luggage. This service is provided free of charge for our attendees from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM local time.

Registrations

Where can I purchase my ticket?

Tickets can only be purchased online.

How much do the tickets cost?

90€ euros for early bird admission until May 12, 2024.

120€ euros for general admission from May 13 to September 30, 2024.

150€ for late admission from October 1 to October 16, 2024.

Group registrations are available for up to 10 tickets. Discount codes in general will be applied to all group members.

Discount codes may be released throughout the year up to the event for special occasions.

For non-profit organizations, rates will be made available. Please email oneconference@outsystems.com to learn more about availability and conditions.

What does my ticket include?

What methods of payment do you accept?

Credit cards only.

Can I give my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to someone else until September 15, 2024. To do so, please reach out to oneconference@outsystems.com.

However, tickets may not be sold in any way. Doing so may result in OutSystems declaring the ticket null with no responsibility or liability on the part of OutSystems.

What is the refund or cancellation policy for the conference?

You may cancel your ticket until September 15, 2024.

Check the refund policy below:

If cancelled by July 26, 2024 > Refund a percentage of the amount paid > 100%
If cancelled by September 15, 2024 > Refund a percentage of the amount paid > 25%
No refunds after > September 15, 2024

If you’ve already purchased your ticket, please note that no fees will be charged until your registration is approved.

Credit card payments will be held for 7 days. If your registration is denied, no fee will be charged.

How can I apply a discount code?

You can apply any discount code at the end of your registration process. Just keep in mind that discount codes cannot be stacked.

How do I submit a group registration?

To register a group, simply click on the "Add Member" button that will appear on the final stage of your registration process before checkout. Then, complete the required information for each member - make sure you have all their information handy to make it easier on you.

As the group leader, you'll need to fill out the entire registration form on behalf of all group members. Once registered, group members will be notified, and they'll have the option to cancel their registration if they do not consent to it.

Location

Is the event accessible for individuals with physical disabilities?

The venue is equipped with accessible facilities, including wheelchairs (limited quantity) and elevators. There will also be reserved seating in breakout rooms and a section in the keynote room. We look forward to welcoming you to the event!

What is the best way to get to the Rai from Amsterdam Central?

By train

Railway station Amsterdam RAI is 300 meters from the RAI.
Direct connection with Duivendrecht, Amsterdam Amstel, Amsterdam Zuid, and Schiphol railway stations.
Follow the signs "RAI Amsterdam" upon leaving the station.

By tram, metro, and bus

Metro 52 will take you from Amsterdam Centraal Station or Station Zuid to RAI Amsterdam (Europaplein Station).
Metro 50 runs between Amsterdam Sloterdijk and Gein and stops at Station Amsterdam RAI.
Metro 51 (Station Amsterdam RAI), bus 62 (stop Europaplein) or bus 65 (stop Scheldeplein).

By car

From the motorways A1, A2, or A4, enter the ring road (A10) when approaching Amsterdam.
Look for signs indicating RAI Amsterdam.
Located alongside the ring road (exit 9).
Follow signs from the exit to the designated car parks.

Visa

Who needs to apply for a visa?

You may need to apply for a visa if you're a non-Dutch national planning a short visit to the Netherlands (such as attending our event). Whether or not you require a visa depends on your nationality and the duration of your stay in the Netherlands.

Do I need to arrange a visa?

If you're planning to attend our event and require a visa, starting the application process as soon as possible is essential. The visa application process can vary in duration, ranging from several weeks to several months, depending on your country of origin.

How do I apply for a visa?

To apply for a Schengen visa for the Netherlands, you'll need to visit the Dutch mission (embassy or consulate) in the country where you reside or are entitled to reside.

If you require an invitation letter to support your visa application, OutSystems can provide it on a case-by-case basis. Simply fill out this form with all the necessary information, and we'll assist you promptly.
